#Eltchat External tests can be extremely motivating, esp for adults. My wife signed up for an A1 test of French and that was a success!

At HS EFL in Japan, we do 50% effort/prep and 50% delivery for a variety of posters, speeches, skits - works well. #ELTchat

The word 'testing' is a problem in itself. Negative emotions even before students begin answering questions which affects results #eltchat
